Cafe Curtain and Jewelry Display for Master Closet

By Sonya

Beyond the Screen Door Master ClosetEarlier this week I shared this lovely Girly Master Closet. Today I’ve got a more delightful details to share with you. If you didn’t see part one go check it out. You’re going to love it!

If anyone needs a super-sized jewelry holder it’s Tara. Necklaces, bracelets and earrings galore all needing a space to be displayed.

Beyond the Screen Door Jewelry Screen (2) Tara and her friend found this idea and copied it for Tara’s jewelry collection. These clever girls took an old screen window as well as a full size screen door (not seen – see I told you she had a lot of jewelry!) and decked them out with tiny jeweled knobs to hold all the bling.

I had to dissect this to see how they did it. Definitely an idea worth copying! Hundreds of various beads are threaded on a nail and hammed in place.

Beyond the Screen Door Jewelry Screen Detail

Blingy beads. Rhinestone beads. Different shapes and sizes. Colored beads. The more variety the better! Such a cute idea.

More cuteness came about when we dressed this tiny corner window. This window only measures 16″ wide. Tara wanted something light and airy that let in plenty of light but also gave her a bit of privacy.

Beyond the Screen Door Pink & Tan Cafe

Our inspiration was this window treatment we found on Pinterest via Houzz.

Ribbon Trimmed CurtainI began by using a sheer oatmeal colored linen-like fabric.

Beyond the Screen Door Ribbon Fringe The cream colored ribbon fringe was purchased then I added pink ribbons to the fringe and ribbons to use as ties.

Beyond the Screen Door Ribbon Hem on Cafe CurtainI think my favorite part of this little curtain is the grosgrain ribbon detail along the hem. So sweet! I’m definitely going to use this detail again.

Beyond the Screen Door Pink Master Closet (2)I do believe this is a closet any girl would love to have! I know I would!

We may not all have a closet this big and glamorous but there are definitely ideas we can copy in our own little closets. Pink walls, damask wallpapered ceiling, a little pink bench or stool, a gorgeous mirror, blingy hardware…these details could be adapted to just about any closet.

Makes me want to paint my closet…another idea to add to the to-do list.

It just keeps getting better & better- Love all the details. I want to copy the blingy nails idea, gotta’ keep that one for future reference. The curtain is adorable- your ribbon fringes always grab me, and that grosgrain ribbon on the hem looks wonderful.

Love the curtain you made and the ribbons look so feminine and girly! The trim at the bottom is a perfect touch. Lots of space and beautiful things in this closet ~ kinda makes one just want to go in there and chill out for awhile. 🙂 Great idea to make those beaded pins ~ perfect touch for her bling.
